Job Description:

As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to lead our maintenance team and oversee the maintenance and repair of our residential properties. You will bring your expertise and HVAC certification to address heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs. This is a hands-on role that requires a strong technical skillset, leadership abilities, and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct HVAC system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs.

  • Knowledge of general maintenance techniques, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
