Assembly - Direct Hire - New Hire incentive bonus of $1000 in 3 payments
Pay Rate: $19.34 hourly compensation.
Location: Mayville, WI
Hours: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm
As an assembler, you will perform a variety of jobs fitting together manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or complete products. These products can be mechanical, electrical, or a combination of both.
Responsibilities:
- Operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools.
- Fit together manufactured parts into subassemblies or complete products.
- Basic inspection to ensure the quality of parts.
- Maintain simple reports on productivity, quality, and safety.
Requirements:
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints and produce parts from the information obtained from the blueprints within required tolerances.
- 1-2 years experience
- Able to operate assembly equipment such as rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools.
- Physical ability to do work requiring frequent standing, bending, twisting, turning, and lifting to 30 lbs.
