Job Duties:
- Implement corrective actions for manufacturing solutions.
- Utilize CNC software to program cutting paths, feeds, and speeds for various tool steels, adjusting machine settings to optimize production while ensuring quality standards.
- Utilize CAD for tool designing responsibilities.
- Conduct quality assurance tests to verify that parts meet design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines and programs
Qualifications:
- Possess an Associates Degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering Technology.
- Proficient in CAD work (preferably SolidWorks)
- Experience utilizing CNC programming software
