Superior Auto, Inc. is a growing, regional automotive Buy Here, Pay Here dealership that is seeking a Senior Account Representative to join our team. Superior-auto.com

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute the company's progressive collections process to ensure customers are making payments on time.
  • Participate in developmental workshops to enhance leadership skills
  • Work in each of the hourly roles within Superior Auto to build confidence in leading those positions
  • Repossessing vehicles from customers that are delinquent in their payments.
  • Working with customers to proactively avoid payment issues.
  • Making in-person contact with customers that are delinquent in payments, in order to secure payments that are due.
  • Work with Mentor’s and Multi-unit Leaders to master business skills

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma.
  • 3+ years of General Manager leadership experience
  • Track record of success in customer facing leadership roles
  • A valid state driver’s license, with limited moving violation within the last 3 years
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to work effectively in collaboration with a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
