PureView Health Center has career opportunities for a Patient Support Services Ambassador. This opportunity, located in Helena, Montana is within the Patient Support Services department and reports to the Patient Support Services Manager.

The Opportunity
Responsibilities of this career opportunity includes performing patient intake and reception duties for all areas of PureView Health Center; scheduling and confirming patient appointments; greeting and checking in patients; interviewing patients to complete intake documents; taking payments; assisting patients with requests for information; performing accurate preliminary patient data entry; maintaining records that pertain to medical, dental and mental health; answering telephones and directing calls to appropriate staff; transmitting correspondence or medical and/or dental records; may receive and route messages or documents, such as laboratory results, to appropriate staff; occasional travel required; other duties as assigned.

This career opportunity requires:
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- One (1) year experience in office support, clerical, or reception
- Associates degree in Business or Office Technology and medical office experience preferred.
