MAINTENANCE TECH - HVAC

We are currently seeking someone with high integrity and work ethic to join our growing team. You will treat our customers like gold and perform routine scheduled maintenance on their heating and air conditioning systems. We pay 60% of your medical insurance premiums and youll have the option to purchase vision, dental and supplemental insurance. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform routine maintenance on Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.
• Evaluate and identify potential problems with our customers' equipment.
• Provide our customers with findings and make appropriate recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely information in our customer database.
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
• Become an expert in the HVAC industry.
• Know the customer's needs and how best to engage them.
• Be coachable while striving for continuous improvement.
• Cheerfully perform other duties as requested
• Have the opportunity to grow within our organization
• Some overnight travel required (training, conferences, etc.)

REQUIREMENTS

• HVAC or mechanical experience - not required - well train the right person!
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.

• Control your income w/hourly plus bonuses & Incentive compensation plan.
• Experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus.
• Maintain high levels of honesty, integrity, and compassion at all times
• Work a flexible full-time schedule with alternating on-call rotations.

Compensation: $15-$19.50 per hour commensurate with experience
Total Comp - $31K - $40K+ w/spiffs, incentives & bonuses
