Support Staff

Job Summary: At Ritas, we are a very fast-paced restaurant on the beach. We are looking for support staff to come in and help as a host, server assistant, and/or food runner. If you are a team player, experienced, passionate, and dedicated to being the best, we want to hear from you!

Support Staff members are responsible for ensuring that all guests who dine with us have memorable experiences filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service.
This position may be full-time or part-time.

What youll do:

• Greet guests and help ensure a seamless flow through the restaurant and to arranged dining tables.
• Support the wait staff in water service, clearing tables, and replenishment of utensils
• Inspect work areas for cleanliness.
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and respond well to questions.
• Uphold service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.
• Maintain and uphold our company's vision and values.
• Demonstrate a passion for details and a willingness to learn.
• Take part in pre-service duties and applicable closing duties.
• Participate in service/culinary education sessions.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and appearance throughout all areas of the restaurant both before, during and after service.
• Demonstrate an eagerness to continue to learn and grow!

• Strong Knowledge of our reservation system, Resy, is a plus!
