We are hiring CDL A Drivers (including trainees) to run 7 Western States   JOB DETAILSRunning lanes are CA,OR,WA,ID,NV,AZ,UTThis is 100% no touch ,60% drop n hookWeekly pay comes to $1200-$1500/WKPay is based on experience and goes from $0.43-$0.72CPMWeekly pay-direct depositDrivers average 2200-2500 miles per weekHome every other week for 48 hoursDog or rider from Day one (except for trainees must wait to complete training first).Dog must weigh less than 30LBS.All freight is no touch - when unload is required lumpers are paid forPaid orientationMonthly bonus potential up to $0.8 cpm (fuel, safety, performance)PERKS AND POLICIES:Pay is based on sliding scale and goes from:$0.46-$0.72CPM. for Experienced drivers$0.43-$0.57 for new graduates after training is completedWeekly take home $1200-$1500Trainees are paid $650 weekly during trainingFull benefits kicks after 60 days and include Medical, dental, 401K and PTODetention payLayover paidExtra stop paidRider Policy: available from day one.Pet Policy: 1 dog only, must weigh less than 30 lbs.24-hour Dispatch TRUCK FEATURES:No slip seatingDrivers can go home with truckFreightliner KW T680, International, automatic 2020 and upAll trucks equipped with APU’s. RECENT CDL A GRADUATESTrainees must have Class A CDLTrainees must have at least 120hr from an accredited truck driving schoolPaid Training and orientationTraining type Regional & OTRTraining in duration 4-6 weeksHome every other week 34-48 hoursDuring training drivers are paid $650 WKDog & Rider allowed after training is completed Requirements:Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDLMust have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 yearsCannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or trainingNO DUI/DWI Felonies, misdemeanours in the last 10 yearsCandidates must be able to pass URINE and HAIR FOLLICLE pre-employment drug screen INCOME: $62,400-$75,000 FOR MORE INFO CALL or TEXT MIKE (479)324-3877
