Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a versatile and dedicated handyman/laborer to enhance our dynamic team. The perfect candidate is someone with a well-rounded background in general construction or handyman services, eager to take on a variety of tasks to keep our projects moving smoothly. Whether it's fixing a leak, painting a room, or updating fixtures, you'll collaborate closely with our team to meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of handyman tasks, including carpentry, minor plumbing and electrical repairs, painting, and general maintenance.
• Understand and follow project requirements and client requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Plan and execute tasks efficiently, working alongside project managers and the team to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Adhere to all local building codes and safety regulations during task execution.
• Maintain clear and open communication with clients, team members, and subcontractors for seamless project execution.
• Identify and address on-site issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to project flow.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a handyman or general construction role.
• Skilled in various construction and maintenance tasks with a willingness to learn and adapt as necessary.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and quality assurance practices.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further certification or apprenticeship in a trade is advantageous.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
