Site Project Mgr./Coordinator (3949)

Our client, an established and growing 70+ y/o specialty heavy civil and industrial services provider, is seeking an experienced Site Project Mgr/Coordinator to coordinate industrial projects in the S.E. Houston area. The company manufactures specialty materials and provides construction/installation and maintenance services across the TX and LA Gulf Coast and has an excellent reputation for their products and performance on projects. This position will be a key player in major projects for the company, coordinating with large EPC firms, occassionally with their owner clients and their in house manufacturing and construction services personnel.

The Site Project Manager will coordinate QA/QC site project work/personnel, provide field supervision, set tasks and monitor the execution of their larger project(s) in SE TX. The Site PM will accomplish this by proactively communicating and monitoring all project activities with daily reporting, tracking and contractual compliance as work is performed by both company employees and subcontractors.

Keys/Qualifications for success include:

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management or related field
• 10+ years' experience in industrial/heavy civil construction, 8+ may be considered
• Active experience in prior roles of field engineer, AQ/QC, planner or construction supervision
• Excellent time management, communication and organizational skills/experience
• Current TWIC card
• Bi-Lingual English/Spanish experience is preferred
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Status is required
