YOUR TYPICAL DAY IN THIS ROLE:
This is a full-time position with an 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri schedule and exciting opportunities for overtime.
Picture this: You kickstart your day as the unsung hero of our properties. Today's mission? To conquer maintenance challenges like a pro-HVAC, electrical, plumbing, you name it. You're not just a tech; you're our fixer-upper extraordinaire.
You efficiently zoom through your day, tackling preventative maintenance, overseeing apartment turns, and ensuring our spaces shine. You're not just maintaining properties; you're crafting experiences. You thoroughly inspect apartments, responding to resident needs-your job isn't a routine; it's a daily adventure. In this role, every day brings a new triumph!
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of previous experience in property management maintenance or a related trade
Preferred Qualifications:
- A knack for turning maintenance challenges into success stories
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Current driver's license and automobile insurance
