Job Summary
We're in search of a dynamic individual interested in joining our team in Early Education. While prior credentials in this field are not necessary, we're eager to provide training and support to the right candidate. Our program encompasses infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms, totaling seven in all. Regardless of their specific role, all educators will lead student groups daily, assisting with meals, snacks, toileting, and diapering routines, while also facilitating learning through play and engaging each child in developmental experiences tailored to their individual needs. As educators, our mission is to foster success for every child by addressing their unique requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Create curriculum and lesson plans (teachers are allowed to plan curriculum based on their classroom)

Qualifications
  • Education Requirement: Child Growth and Development (Certified Teacher) and No Education Requirement for Teachers Assistant
  • Classroom Experience (varies depending on role)
  • First Aid/CPR (will provide during first six months of employment)
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and ability to closely adhere to the guidelines
  • Problem-solving and mediation skills
  • Salary is dependent on education and/or experience
