Bilingual Receptionist
Pay Rate: $16.00 / an hour
Richmond, Texas
Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm
A national law firm specializing in government debt collection is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join their Richmond team!
Responsibilities:
- Answer taxpayer phone calls and assist with questions concerning their property, lawsuits, or notices they have received from us.
- Process and batch received checks, saving copies and making notes where needed. Forwarding the checks to the proper recipient.
- E-File SOS letters and certificates as well as Constable Returns. Change the coding in Oracle as needed reflecting answers in these documents.
- Drive to the tax office to drop off checks and drive to the post office to drop off any outgoing mail and/or pick up certified mail needing a signature.
List Qualification or Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Strong overall Microsoft Office skills. Strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
- Title, Tax, Appraisal, E-filing and/or Oracle experience.
