Our Cash Application Specialist is responsible for:

• Reviewing Paperwork
• Processing ACH payments and checks
• Posting daily deposits
• Review remittance from customers and match to invoices in NAV
• Process invoices
• Audit Invoices
• Generate reports as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with cash receipt or cash application in an Accounts Receivable field
• General Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience with customer web portals (Ariba, Coupa, etc)
• Collections experience a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficient PC skills including Microsoft Excel, MS Word and Excel
• Possess initiative and is prepared to follow-up on problem areas with limited supervision
• Ability to work well with others and detail oriented
