What it takes
Ideally, you’ll have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. If you have 4+ years of experience in civil design and project management, preferably at a professional consulting firm, we want to talk. You should be an EIT at minimum, with a goal of being a licensed professional engineer (PE) or demonstrate the ability to secure licensure shortly after starting employment. Ideally, you will also:
