Position – Press Operator

Job Location – Elkhart Lake, WI

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (5:00am - 1:00pm) 2nd Shift (1:00pm - 9:00pm)

Starting Pay – $17.50 per hour starting plus $1.00 shift premium

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – 1 year manufacturing

Machine Operators are responsible for assisting in machine setup per blue prints and work orders. An Operator may also be trained in other various types of processes.

Responsibilities

• Verify raw material per shop order

• Inspect and monitor quality of work in process or finished goods

• Clean and maintain equipment

• Help with setup of machines

Qualifications

• Ability to read blue prints

• Mechanical ability

• Attention to detail

• Strong communication

• Frequently lift and/or move 10lbs and 25lbs occasionally
