Service Manager

Oversee and provide direction for employees and subcontractors to ensure the timely completion of projects while keeping costs to a minimum and maintaining a quality and safe environment. Prepare equipment inventory and track material usage. Monitor and report equipment and vehicle utilization.

Qualifications

1. Good communications skills, leadership ability and strong experience in the telecommunications and electric utility services area
2. Proficiency in Microsoft tool set - Word and Excel are required
3. Being Proactive - Good skills to interact with team members and raise issues as necessary with options for resolution
4. Coach and train in areas of deficiency
5. All training performed in the field at site and on the job
