Training Manager

About the Role:
Will drive Training program growth, will be instrumental in improving member retention, motivation, and related operations. This Member Experience Manager assures New Member Engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and delegate Fitness Consults for all new members to ensure that all members are receiving engagement.
• Perform and delegate all Member Follow ups
• Ensure that all trainers are an active part of and striving for goals set by the training program, philosophies, policies and procedures.
• Develop and lead the Training and Training Intern teams.
• Assist in Marketing and Retail

Requirements:

• Current Credential Personal Training Certification or in the process of obtaining one
• Loyal, positive, organized, trustworthy and have a willingness to learn.
• Willing to work at both the Hebron and DeMotte locations, specifically, sales office, housekeeping, retail, etc.
• Attend club related workshops and conferences in a positive and attentive fashion as deemed necessary by leadership.
