Our organization is looking to hire part-time Student Interns within some areas of our organization.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists Supply Chain staff with scanning, filing, and organizing, electronic documents as needed. Assists Supply Chain staff with receiving, processing, storing, pick up, delivery, and inventory of all incoming and outgoing supplies for all Hospital Authority of Miller County facilities. Assists with maintaining the computerized supply chain system. Other duties as assigned.

Regulatory Requirements:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• High School diploma or equivalent is required. If a high school student, a work permit will be required.
• College student interested in pursing healthcare degree preferred
• Administrative and clerical support experience preferred
• HIPAA Training /Certification within 30 days of hire
