Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Welder specializing in galvanized tubing to join our team. As a Galvanized Tubing Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating galvanized steel tubing to meet the specifications and standards of our projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Welding galvanized steel tubing according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

2. Operating welding equipment such as MIG welders.

3. Performing visual inspections of welded joints to ensure they meet quality standards.

4. Conducting repairs and modifications to welded structures as needed.

5. Following safety procedures and wearing appropriate protective gear during all welding activities.

6. Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

7. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.

8. Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including quality control and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Welder, with a focus on welding galvanized tubing.

2. Proficiency in various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and oxy-acetylene welding.

  3. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

4. Physical stamina and strength to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and carrying heavy materials.

5. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

6. Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to welding and metal fabrication.

7. Certification in welding or a related field is preferred but not required.
