STC is a leading provider of Commercial/ Industrial Safety. We are currently seeking a qualified Site Safety Specialist to join our team.
The Site Safety Specialist will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment at our site.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Provide training and education to employees about workplace safety and hygiene.
- Investigate accidents, identify their causes, and recommend changes to prevent future incidents.
- Prepare reports on health and safety-related incidents and responses.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety role.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
