Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Provider Recruitment team in Merced. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the recruitment process by handling administrative tasks, coordinating interviews, and providing general support to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Pull CVs (Curriculum Vitae) and other relevant documents for review by the Provider Recruitment team.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the recruitment team.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.
  • Provide administrative support to the Provider Recruitment team, including organizing and maintaining recruitment files and documents.
  • Assist the team with any projects related to provider recruitment, such as data entry, research, and report generation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional manner.
  • Perform general clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and photocopying.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience providing support in a professional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to maintain a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of healthcare or provider recruitment is a plus.
