Entech Staffing Solutions is seeking an ISS (Immigrant Student Success) Program Coordinator for a position in Flint, MI. This is a long-term, contract position. Hours are part-time (about 10-15 hours a week). Pay Rate: $26.00/hr

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate initiatives promoting integration, empowerment, and support of immigrant students, families, and community members.

  • Coordinate internally and externally to ensure seamless operations.

  • Promote socio-cultural integration of immigrant students and families.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to access resources for immigrant students.

  • Engage immigrant students and families to foster a sense of belonging within the community.

  • Provide assistance with paperwork, interpretation, and communication with stakeholders.

  • Assist in developing, coordinating, and implementing tailored programs for immigrant students.

  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to leverage resources and support services.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent experience in business/industry, human services, non-profit, or related field.

  • One year of professional experience in education, human services, or business.

  • Experience working with immigrant or international communities.

  • Must pass drug test and criminal background check.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cultural integration strategies, community resources, and relevant policies.

  • Familiarity with data management and reporting software.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and Excel, including web-based tools.

  • Previous experience with grant or performance-based programs, achieving successful outcomes.

Pay Rate & Status:

  • $26 per hour

  • 10-15 hours per week

  • Part-Time
