Job Description
Part-time Maintenance Technician
Approximately 20 hours a week
Pay Range
$15 - $20 The pay will depend on various factors including relevant experience and skills.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Perform installations, inspections, repairs, maintenance.
- General cleaning such as wiping down kitchen & bathroom surfaces, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning toilets.
- Collecting trash and shred daily.
- Maintaining kitchen and bathroom supplies.
- Make general repairs such as replacing filters, painting/caulking, patching walls, replacing ceiling tiles, hanging shelves, facility lighting, landscaping, etc.
- Coordinate the work of outside contractors to ensure scope of work is being performed.
- Maintain appropriate inventory of material, equipment, and supplies.
- Coordinate, assign, and inspect work for completeness of contractors or other vendors making repairs.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- A responsible and dedicated individual who works well with others and is excited to be part of our team!
- High school diploma or GED.
- Vocational training in general maintenance and repair a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in general maintenance or other maintenance responsibilities.
- Ability to use hand tools and lawn equipment.
- Computer literacy, ability to use email
Typical Physical Demands
In this role, the team member is regularly required to talk and hear. Standing, walking, kneeling, stooping, bending over, crouching, crawling, climbing, and repetitive use of legs are done occasionally. The team member is occasionally required to lift up to 50 lbs. and/or move heavy objects.
Work Environment
While performing these duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to outdoor elements in all seasons. Occasionally, the employee will also be exposed to fumes and particles. While performing these duties, the employee may be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, and high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
