Golf Course Maintenance Responsibilities:

Supervise and participate in the operation and maintenance of the golf course
Must possess strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
Plan & manage resources wisely
Ensure golf course maintenance standards are met
Recruit & manage seasonal employees
Assist in personnel management, supervising, evaluating, and scheduling practices of the work force.
Collaborate with clubhouse manager
Golf Course Maintenance Skills:
Must take pride in work and constantly be working to improve the course
Landscaping and lawn care experience useful.
