Brake Press Operator Flexible Work Schedule

Hours:Monday-Thursday 5:am-3:30pm( 4-10 hour days)

Option to do 9 hour shift with a  4 hour shift on Friday 

Pay : $20-22/hour willing to pay more with experience 

• Set up and operate the brake press. Produce parts per part print while maintaining labor rates.
• Performs 1st piece and in-process inspections to verify dimensions, angles, and radii are correct and per print.
• Able to use quality inspection tools i.e., Caliper, protractor, and micrometer
• Performs angle corrections, bend length adjustments, pick and loads correct tooling based on bend radius called out on print.
• Able to read Blueprints and understand tolerances, geometry, material thickness, and special instructions.
• Assist with operating robotic welding equipment.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area to support 5S initiative, personal and environment safety goals, and accomplish quality production.
• Follows safety regulations and observes the environment to ensure safe working conditions are present and corrects issues that need attention. 
• May perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
