Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Personal Injury Case Manager for our client in Houston, TX 77008.

Job Description:

• Working under the firm’s attorneys to manage a caseload of personal injury cases
• Deliver immaculate client service while maintaining a strong focus on client medical treatment and answering client questions
• Draft and send demand letters
• Develop each individual case according to office policies, work diligently and proactively to address liability issues, and accurately draft liability, PIP, and UIM demand letters.
• Acquire and review medical and billing records throughout the treatment phase of the case
• Accurately maintain case management data in the database.
• Effectively communicate with an assigned attorney using multiple mediums (i.e. email, case reviews) to address any case building, property damage, or case settling issues and direction
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years (preferred) of experience in a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills on the phone, in person, and email
• Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion when dealing with confidential information
• Superb organizational and time management skills to include meticulous attention to detail
• Must be able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines
• Outstanding attendance and punctuality
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to promote and maintain a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization
• Ability to think critically and use logic and reasoning to understand, analyze, and evaluate situations and exercise good judgment to make appropriate decisions
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with providers, management, and staff.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and experience with Case Management Software
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
• Bilingual Preferred

Pay:

$21.00-$24.00 an hour depending on experience. We pay weekly.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Weekends if needed.
