What you will doing:

Performs routine clerical, data entry, material handling, shipping and receiving and other clerical tasks to maintain materials and supplies necessary to supply company operations.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Must promote and live up to the company's core values: Communication, Teamwork, Respect, Accountability, & Learning
  • Assists in receiving, shipping and returns of purchased items as assigned – to include electronic means.
  • Data entry and clerical work such as accounts payable and/or accounts receivable processing entries
  • Performs basic inventory functions, material handling, storage and retrieval.
  • Assists with shipment costing and shipment handling of goods to freight carriers so they are packed safely and efficiently. Repackages goods using typical hand tools.
  • Reviews invoices for accuracy, identifying discrepancies, submittng for approval, and attaching appropriate documentation to Accounts Payable as assigned.
  • Submits disputed amounts to vendor as assigned.
  • Performs warehouse duties concerning computer hardware and general material handling, storage and organization as well as labeling tasks as assigned
  • Basic office clean-up tasks and errands as assigned
  • Maintains accurate records using computer and paper files as assigned.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
