Production Associate

Wally’s Natural is looking for individuals with excellent attention to detail and basic mechanical knowledge who can maintain automated machines to manufacture candles at our Auburn production facility. This position requires an ability to follow directions, provide effective feedback and easily adapt in a changing environment.

·       On the job training 

·       Follow all departmental SOPs

·       Complete packaging tasks such as product, box assembly, packing, and taping

·       Assist with organization and restocking of the storage room

·       Sweep breakroom, storage room and WH1 floors daily

·       Breakdown and discard cardboard daily

·       Manage cotton muslin (bringing in new pallets and removing old/ damaged pallets)

·       Keep oil refilling station clean and organized, labeling bottles appropriately

·       Take out garbage from the breakroom

·       Daily sanitization 

·       Assist with assembly parts for machines 

·       Manage pallet storage and isolate damaged pallets

·       Assist with cleaning equipment and properly tagging as cleaned

·       Work cooperatively with the production team 

·       Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management

·        Ability to take & follow directions

·        Maneuver in and around equipment

·        Stand for long periods of time

·        Using a pallet jack

·        Lifting boxes or equipment up to 50 pounds

·        Basic technical knowledge

·        Basic hand tool knowledge

·        Must be able to communicate effectively 

·        Must be able to stay motivated

·        Ability to trouble shoot 

·        Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities

·        Maintain clean and safe work space

·        Comply with policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements per Wally’s Natural Inc. guidelines
.         Work hours 06:00 AM - 02:30 PM (Monday-Friday), Bi-Weekly Payroll

Required experience:

·       High school diploma or equivalent 

·       1 year or more warehouse experience

·       Experience working under pressure with tight deadlines and competing priorities

·       Experience working with and supporting production lines
