Position Summary:
The Production Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing and leading production operations within our production facility. They will ensure that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality standards. By coordinating tasks, managing schedules, and addressing minor issues proactively, the Production Lead ensures smooth daily workflow and can set a high-performance standard and lead by example.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform daily production meetings and coach on performance/business needs.
- Audit and verify daily checklists and SOPs, Ensure Data Integrity
- Generate Work orders, Assist in Projects, PTO Coverage
- Works Efficiently and adheres to OSHA and Facility Safety Program Standards
- Preform minor repairs to Production Machinery
- Operate Machinery: Forklifts, Tractor and PTO Equip, Scissor Lift, GEHL (Training/Certs Provided)
- Conduct/lead Continuous Improvement Projects
