Seeking Full-time Provider For Loved One With ALS In Orlando

I am looking for someone to work full time in my home with my husband who has ALS. He requires a high level of care as he's progressed and is not able to do anything for himself. Ideally I'd like to hire someone that is currently a CNA or RN because as he continues to progress the level of care becomes more complex and requires skilled nursing. He's still talking at this point, but in the future may not be able to communicate verbally only through and eye gaze device.
