Caregiver/CNA or PCA

We are looking for a unique caregivers with great Socialization and Engagement qualities.  Must have a car and be able to provide transportation on a regular basis. The position requires the caregiver to provide 24 hour support, companionship while interacting with family members and the office team. Monday to Sunday with alternating weekends off, in the West Hartford and surrounding areas. The responsibilities for this role include Transportation to and from appointments, errands, grocery shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, home organization, and adhering to client care plans provided by Care at Home by JFS.
