Seeking passionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in Northern Colorado to work with Hospice patients in a Home Care environment. Our priority is quality time with our patients. If you are a compassionate CNA who takes pride in providing the best care and treating others like family, we would love to speak with you today!
The CNA will report out of Frederick, CO and cover Fort Collins, Greeley, Loveland, and the surrounding areas. The CNA will be required to conduct Hospice Home Visits and be responsible to drive throughout this region. We ask that the CNA has a reliable and personal vehicle to be able to travel to patients' homes. Mileage will be paid.
Shift Availability
Mon-Thur; 4x10 hour shifts or
Fri-Sun; 3x12 hour shifts
Average CNA Work Day
- #1 Priority - Spending quality time with patients and their families to support everyday needs.
- 4-10 visits per day, depends on patient needs
- Personal patient care: physical and oral hygiene, bathing, massages, daily tasks, dressing, undressing, ambulation, exercise, etc.
- Recording patient vitals and reporting any changes to Case Manager
- Additional duties as assigned
