Operations Support - Full-time

Do you Love the Smell of Coffee in the Morning? Then I have the job for you. Our client in Appleton is looking for Operations Support in their coffee roasting facility.

Operations Support Compensation/Benefits

• 1st shift - 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• Monday - Friday
• Pay - $17.00/hour

Operations Support Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Follow bill of materials and packaging specs with accuracy and precision
• Update and maintain accurate record keeping of Quality checks, times, amounts and lot numbers
• Follow bill of material requirements to scale and count accurately
• Ensure the entire packaging area is clean and well stocked thru the shift
• Follow all health, safety and sanitations standards
• Palletize and shrink wrap pallets
• Pull green beans

Operations Support Secondary Responsibilities Include:

• Assist the Roasting and Grinding team
• Warehouse upkeep/maintenance and stock rotation
• Preventive maintenance and cleaning of all coffee related equipment
• Assist with receiving inventory purchases and assist with shipping customer orders. This will include forklift operation
• Assist with inventory cycle counting and annual year-end inventory
• Assist the coffee packaging department with label printing and preparing orders for shipment

Operations Support Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle tight deadlines, multiple tasks, and diverse workloads
• Highly motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
• Able to work in a fast paced, client-oriented environment
• Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and all levels of leadership
• Must be able to care and lift 65 pounds
• Must be able to endure long periods of standing and be able to bend, reach, twist and turn with complete flexibility
