We are currently seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) with specialized expertise in Alzheimer's and dementia care, including Parkinson's.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) in clients' homes, including dressing, shopping, medication management, and more.
Offer personal care support such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and G-tube assistance.
Maintain regular visit schedules in compliance with company policies and state regulations.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for clients, ensuring they receive exceptional care during interactions.
Report any changes in clients' conditions promptly to nursing or management.
Engage with clients throughout visits, gather feedback on services, and complete necessary documentation.
Assist with ADLs, transfers, mobility, and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) like housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and transportation.
Monitor and report changes in client conditions to supervisors.
Uphold client confidentiality with professionalism.
