Xenon arc is looking for a Collections Specialist who is fluent in both English and French languages to support our French market. This is a temporary, part-time position (approximately 25 hours weekly) for a duration of up to three months. Main areas of responsibility: - Drafts correspondence for standard past-due accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accountholders to request payment - Creates reports regarding the status of customer accounts as requested - Research customer discrepancies and past-due amounts with the assistance of the Collections Manager and other staff - Collaborates with the Collections Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic (at least bimonthly) basis - Assists Account Manager in reconciling revenue accounts each month - Relays changes of information to appropriate employees - Performs other related duties as assigned Basic Qualifications: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, mandatory - Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software - Ability to meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment - Ability to anticipate work needs and interact professionally with customers - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Preferred Level of Experience: - At least 1 year of applicable work experience Location & Commitments: - Part-time, temporary (approx. 25 hours per week for up to 3 months) - Remote - Work Schedule 8am - 12pm Affirmative Action/EEO Statement It is the policy of Xenon arc to grant equal employment opportunity to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, national origin, ethnicity, marital status, parental status, disability, veteran status, age, religion, political affiliation, gender, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
