Job Title: Operations Representative (Full time)

Location: Woodsville, NH

Starting rate of pay: $16.00/hour

Woodsville Guaranty Savings Bank is a community bank in New Hampshire that serves the financial needs of businesses and consumers in the area. Currently, we are looking for an Operations Representative. This is a Monday through Friday position located in Woodsville, NH.

Operations Representative Responsibilities:

• Research cards that are returned by post office dye to address conflicts
• Monitor captured cards and mailer forms received form the branches
• Provide phone support to customers
• Process Visa check card applications and maintenance
• Responsible for instant issue cards such as monitoring inventory and supplies
• Responsible for daily ATM suspense reconciliation

Operations Representative Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use and learn computer-based systems
• Attention to detail
• Strong customer service skills
