Qualifications for our Residential HVAC Service Technicians:

Preferably two years residential experience, must have a good driving record and be able to pass a back-ground check and drug test.

Some of the skills we’re looking for in a Residential HVAC Service Technician:

  • Diagnosis, maintenance and repair of residential forced air heating & cooling, hot water & steam heating systems
  • Diagnosis, repair, and installation or residential Indoor Air Quality Products
  • Replacement of HVAC home controls
  • Water heater replacement and diagnosis
  • HVAC expertise on cross-division projects
  • HVAC safety consultant
  • Regularly practice jobsite safety
  • Address and perform work adhering to local and national codes
  • Customer liaison and consultant on new products and project planning
  • Training of new employees on policy and procedures
  • Continued training and education
  • Training of new employees on policy and procedures
  • Ability to read schematics and manufacturer specs
