The Senior Admissions Representative actively assists in the enrollment of students as detailed in enrollment policy procedure provided by the Director of Admissions. A Senior Admissions Representative has acquired a superior level of the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to achieve a higher level of continued success in the Admissions function. As such, a Senior Admissions Representative is expected to achieve and maintain a high level of quantitative and qualitative results as set for a Senior Admissions Representative in an accurate, professional, and compliant/ethical manner using school-approved admission processes and procedures. The Senior Admissions Representative is responsible for the completion of all training provided by the Director of Admissions and is directly accountable to the Director of Admissions. Professional that can mentor and inspire a talented staff in meeting performance goals.

Minimum requirements:

  • Associate's degree completed is required
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience as an Admissions Representative
  • Ability to work extended hours (which will include evenings and weekends), in order to meet business objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Conducts interviews with prospective students. Evaluates the prospective student’s needs, interests and qualifications while providing clear and concise information to help the prospective student make an informed decision to attend or not attend the school. Presents information regarding the school’s programs and tuition in a factual and ethical manner.
  • Consistently achieves the expected goals and objectives of a suite of quantitative and qualitative metrics as defined for the Senior Admissions Representative position including, but not limited to: Enrollments, Starts, Conversion Rate, Show Rate, Schedule/Queue Adherence, Script Adherence, Compliance, the CEC Standards and Product/Program Knowledge
  • Use phone to contact prospective students.
  • Use computer to communicate with prospective students.
  • Organize and manage leads generated through multiple sources.
  • Communicate to prospective students all details as they relate to the particular program of interest.
  • Keep accurate records of calls made, interviews conducted, and enrollments generated.
  • Recommend qualified prospective students for admission into FTC.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork associated with the enrollment process.
  • Partners with departments outside of Admissions including Financial Aid and Registrar to ensure the delivery of a high level of service to every student.
  • Participate in college fair/career fairs.
  • Attends college graduation ceremonies
