Evening Production Supervisor

OFFERING $1500.00 SIGN ON BONUS.

Design Tanks is looking for a motivated Individual who would like to lead a team on the evening shift.

Summary

Manage plant operations, promote a well-trained, motivated staff, enforce plant policies and procedures, oversee and monitor product quality, and provide oversight reporting to Plant Manager on all production staff and operations on the evening shift. We are looking for a high caliber person who is willing to learn all aspects of the plant. Successful supervisory experience is helpful. This person will be expected to WORK side by side with the team, while being teachable and coachable themselves.

Qualifications:

• Subject to periodic drug screening.
• Willingness to learn and receive on the job training.
• Willingness to share information in the job training process.
• Work alone with minimal direction or as part of a team.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Relate basic math skills to perform job duties and solve problems
• Identify and interpret specification sheet

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous production experience preferred

Physical Demands:

• Lift up to 20 pounds overhead
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand on concrete floor up to 10 hours per day
• Periodic bending, climbing, stretching, twisting, or reaching with arms and legs
• Capable of wearing personal protective equipment including a respirator, dust mask, ear plugs, and eye protection
• Exhibit dexterity and stamina to perform physical labor

Compensation details: 22-27 Hourly Wage
