The Position:

Bakerly is seeking a proactive, highly motivated and experienced DTC & Marketplaces Manager to oversee our direct-to-consumer (DTC) operations and increase our sales on marketplaces. Reporting to our E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and growth through various online channels.


Key Responsibilities:
Effectively lead multiple projects and manage a team of 1-2 direct reports, agencies and 3rd party resources to accelerate online business growth

· Develop and execute data-driven strategies to grow revenue, increase market share and support the overall brand experience on our DTC website and marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart etc.

· Optimize customer experience and site conversion by analyzing consumer behavior and key metrics (conversion rate, cart abandonment, AOV etc.) and applying insights to future site initiatives

· Lead cross-functional team and 3rd party partners to develop new features and functionality on the website

· Develop and execute a robust email and SMS marketing strategy that includes segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics to increase sales, open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

· Oversee DTC & marketplaces content needs

· Leverage digital tools to analyze, interpret, and derive actionable insights for improving DTC sales and ROI

· Partner with customer service team to solve any order processing issues and troubleshooting any website user issues

· Lead strategy to grow subscription sales while reducing churn

· Analyze key performance metrics, including sales data, traffic trends, and customer behavior, to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

· Select and manage agencies and 3rd party resources to accelerate online business growth including (SEM, Amazon PPC etc.)

Requirements:Requirements:

· 4+ years experience in e-commerce

· Complete understanding of Shopify Plus and Amazon Seller Central, including store setup, automation, inventory management, product listings, email automation etc.

· Strong analytical skills

· Self-starter - entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with evolving strategies

· This person must be effective in working under deadlines, prioritize issues and manage concurrent projects

· Approachable manager with an ability to build positive relations with customers and team members

· Strong understanding of current e-commerce trends and best practices

· Solid knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google analytics, Data studio, Triple Whale etc.)

· Exceptional attention to detail with keen ability to meet important deadlines, highly organized and self-starter
