Job Description: Dietary Aide-Server
Location: New Richmond, WI, 54017
The Dietary Aide-Server is responsible for assisting in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that residents receive nutritious and delicious meals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to dietary requirements and menu specifications
- Serve meals to residents in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen and dining areas
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in food service preferred
- Ability to read and follow recipes and menus
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
