Jumpstart your career as a Ready-Mix Driver with Duininck Concrete. Our drivers are critical team members who are home every night after the concrete is delivered to construction sites. No experience is required; we provide paid training on handling and delivering concrete safely and efficiently to customers.

Responsible for:
- Safely operate a ready-mix truck to transport and deliver concrete to construction sites.
- Follow DOT requirements.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Follow instructions regarding the type and quantity of concrete to be delivered.
- Communicate with dispatch regarding any delivery updates or issues.
- Provide customer service by interacting professionally at construction sites.
- Ensure the proper handling and pouring of concrete to prevent spills or damage.
- Maintain clean interior and exterior truck.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
What we are looking for:
- Willingness to learn.
- Time management and organized
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Class A or B commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Previous Ready Mix Experience
- Ability to operate and maintain a ready-mix concrete truck.
- Communication skills.
- Comfortable with learning or using GPS.
Physical Requirements:
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Climb ladders and stairs.
- Work in various weather conditions.
