Position Description: The Program Manager is responsible for achieving successful completion of new projects, ensuring continued success of sustaining projects, and being the conduit between Voice of the Customer (VoC) and project execution, as assigned by Enjet management. The Program Manager collaborates with all departments involved with their projects to maintain schedule and provides regular progress updates to both internal and external customers. This position is critical to the success of the facility and regularly interacts with all levels of employees at Enjet, from executive to entry-level.

Essential Responsibilities:

· Manage assigned projects from proposal through completion, ensuring successful completion of all requirements

· Develop project execution plans that identify risks, opportunities, and critical timelines

· Manage program changes and identify risks proactively

· Be the Voice of the Customer internally and face to the customer externally for NPI and various project reviews

· Coordinate communication and task execution between technical, administrative, financial, and production teams

· Understand and document program details and technical requirements, and ensure all requirements are met

· Regularly communicate program health, status, and needs to site-level, corporate leadership, and customers

· Balance Company and Customer needs across all project activities

· Work with site management and finance to develop, track, and maintain program budget(s)

· Rapidly and effectively develop recovery plans to mitigate any identified program non-compliance

· Prepare and present project reviews at customer locations and on-site

· Ensure that new project implementation and contract review procedures are followed among the Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations groups

· Effectively delegate to meet departmental and company objectives

· Establish and grow strong and professional customer relationships

· Establish and develop improved new-project implementation processes

· Assist with special projects and lead improvement initiatives as requested

· Document program successes and challenges and summarize opportunities for future improvement at project completion

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or Management preferred. Advanced degrees are preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. PMP-certification is a plus

· 3+ years experience in manufacturing as a Program Manager, Lead Engineer, or Production Manager. Aerospace experience preferred. Sheet Metal fabrication and machine shop experience highly preferred. Practical experience valuing task/owner/due date alongside task evaluation

· Experience with Project Management tools such as SharePoint, Excel, Gantt charts, project scheduling, resource planning, capacity assessments, EVMS, etc.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MRP systems, and production scheduling methods required. Ability to effectively implement various team management tools. Strong computer skills mandatory.

· Must exhibit exemplary leadership behaviors and present a positive and respectful image to customers, fellow employees, and management. Ability to identify and develop talent. Ability to give and receive feedback well.

· Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing. Active Listening skills desired

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently while self-directed

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities and shifting time requirements.

· Ability to understand and communicate full program value stream

· Ability to understand and respect the abilities and value of all Enjet employees
