Maintenance Technician - Now Hiring

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $25-30 depending on experience

Shift: 6pm - 6am M-F

*Hourly incentive bonus up to an additional $2 per hour paid out monthly*

Lignetics manufactures a variety of consumer brands in several different categories including wood pellets for home heating, BBQ pellets for grilling, wood pellets and shavings for animal bedding, and a wood fiber-based cat litter. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities

Equipment Diagnosis and Repair 100%

• Diagnose issues with malfunctioning mechanical/electrical equipment and complete required repairs 75%
• Perform minor building plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as needed 15%
• Execute preventive maintenance procedures and assist maintenance lead/manager in outage planning 10%
• Other accountabilities as required 5%

Maintenance Technician Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required with vocational training highly preferred
• One to five years mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in an industrial work setting. Five to seven preferred
• Pneumatic & basic hydraulic knowledge preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work all shifts and call-ins if needed
