Shipping & Receiving Clerk Position Summary:

We are seeking a shipping and receiving clerk to join the FATHOM Team. The shipping and receiving clerk will verify and keep records on all incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment by performing the following duties to quality and productivity standards. We are looking for someone who is responsible and excited to work in a fast-paced environment

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Key Responsibilities:

• Ship all goods
• Deliver goods or notify appropriate personnel of receipt for internal shipments.
• Package finished goods
• Document and file shipping damage claims and reports.
• Manage the shipping and receiving workspace.
• Maintain and order inventory of all packaging goods.
• Dispose of excess packaging waste
• Learn the basics of inspection to verify incoming and outgoing orders are complete.
• Confirm shipping addresses accuracy and maintain current internal database.

Shipping & Receiving Clerk Qualifications/Requirements:

• High School Diploma or General Education (GED) required.
• 2 year of Shipping and Receiving experience.
• Experience with ERP system preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Flexible, ability to work in a fast-pace team environment.
• Able to manage sensitive and confidential information.
