Summary Position:

We are seeking a Deburr Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for deburring, cleaning, blasting and polishing machined parts.

Deburr Technician Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for deburr and finish operations on the appropriate jobs in the order needed to meet production schedules.
  • Remove loose or fixed burrs, cleaning up sharp edges, polishing and blending machined part surfaces.
  • Maintain time log for all work orders processed. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, internal sketches, and specifications provided by customers.
  • Operate and understand blasting guidelines
  • Basic understanding in use of conventional measuring tools and techniques, to assure compliance with technical specifications. Other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to deburr under microscope and assemble if needed.
  • Use of pneumatic and mechanical tooling to include sanders, buffers and polishing equipment

Deburr Technician Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have 2 years of assembly
  • Must have 2 years of deburring experience
  • Ability to promote a ‘Team 1st ' environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines, concentrate, and pay close attention to detail.
  • Willing to learn and strong desire for long term employment.
  • Reliability and punctuality is an absolute must.
  • Ability to read and interpret GD&T a plus, but will train.
  • Must read and write English

Deburr Technician Hours: 1st shift 5:00a.m. - 3:30p.m.
