Bilingual HR Generalist in Sacramento

LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for an HR Generalist in Rancho Cordova, CA.

HR Generalist

Location: Rancho Cordova, CA

Compensation: $65k to $75k

Work Hours: 8am to 4:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive HR support to clients, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy interpretation.

• Conduct employee investigations and assist in resolving workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

• Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and facilitating new hire orientations.

• Serve as a resource for Spanish-speaking employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring clear communication.

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required.

Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
