LHH partnered with a local company to recruit for an HR Generalist in Rancho Cordova, CA.
HR Generalist
Location: Rancho Cordova, CA
Compensation: $65k to $75k
Work Hours: 8am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR support to clients, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR policy interpretation.
Conduct employee investigations and assist in resolving workplace conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including conducting interviews and facilitating new hire orientations.
Serve as a resource for Spanish-speaking employees, offering guidance on HR-related matters and ensuring clear communication.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and compliance.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred but not required.
