Staff Pharmacist - Closed Door/LTC Pharmacy - Variable Days/Afternoons

Soliant Health has recentlypartnered with a reputable closed-door, long-term care pharmacy and is currently searching for a talented pharmacist to join their team. This is a great opportunity for either local candidates or travel candidates looking for an immediate contract opportunity.

Position:Staff Pharmacist

Setting:Closed door, long-term care

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and filling medication orders
• Providing oversight and guidance to pharmacy technicians
• Ensuring pliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize patient care
• Maintaining accurate patient records and medication histories
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Active California pharmacist license
• Experience in retail, long-term care, or related pharmacy settings preferred
• Ability to work variable days and afternoons
• Excellent munication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 8 - 12 weeks
