Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with 8-10 years of experience in analog/digital design, embedded systems, and firmware development. Job Title: Electronics Engineering Manager

Location: St. Clair County, IL

Salary: $105-135K (Depending on Experience)

Status: Direct Hire, F/T, Onsite, Days

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical resource for internal inquiries across departments.
  • Interface with customers to diagnose issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct failure mode analyses and provide clear, concise reports.
  • Provide guidance to customer Engineering teams for manufacturability.
  • Lead development projects from inception to production.
  • Oversee design for manufacturability reviews and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Ensure functionality and performance of all test equipment and automation systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering or related field (required)
  • 8-10 years of analog/digital design experience.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical teams, preferably in production.
  • Direct customer interfacing experience.
  • Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical team members.

Additional Desired Experience:

  • Custom automation systems development.
  • Leading Failure Mode Effects Analyses, DFM/DFT reviews, Root Cause Analyses.
  • Experience with certification agencies (UL, CSA).
  • PCB layout and fabrication knowledge.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
